Country Mutual Insurance Company appeals from a dismissal of its action to recover damages from Regent Homes Corporation and Signal LP Gas based upon strict liability for the defective design of a mobile home and negligence in the installation of a propane tank connection which allegedly caused a fire resulting in property damage to Country Mutual’s subrogor Alex M. Chouinard.
