OPINION

JAMES, Justice.

This case involves the validity of a mate-rialman’s lien claimed by Appellant, Mara*744thon Metallic Building Company. The trial court held the claimed materialman's lien to be invalid. We hold the lien to be valid and reverse and render a portion of the trial court’s judgment and affirm the balance thereof.
