MANTON, Circuit Judge.

This application is for a preliminary injunction before a court convened pursuant to section 266 of the Judicial Code, as amended (28 U.S.C. § 380 [28 U.S.C.A. § 380]), to restrain the defendants, state officials, from interfering with the exhibition, within the state of New York, of a film entitled “Ecstasy.” Decision is to be determined upon a summons and complaint, ans.wer and affidavits for and against the motion.
