1Opinion of the Court

SWEENEY, District Judge.

This action, commenced in the state court and removed to this court by the defendant, is brought to recover for personal injuries which the plaintiff alleges he received as a result of the defendant’s negligence, and as a result óf its having supplied defective equipment. The defendant is an Ohio corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of tear gas and other chemical protective devices. The matter before me now is a motion to quash the writ of summons on the ground that this court lacks jurisdiction over the defendant corporation.
