On December 7, 1934, Charles W. Hall filed his complaint in chancery in the circuit court of Marion county by which he sought to set aside certain conveyances of real estate and the assignments of certain chattel mortgages and a lease. His action was founded on a contention that he had been insane on April 5 and 6, 1933, when the transfers took place. After a full hearing, during which the circuit court heard the oral testimony of 104 witnesses and received in evidence 105 exhibits, the complaint was dismissed for want of equity.
