{¶ 1} Respondent, Carolyn Kaye Ranke of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0043735, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1989. On December 8, 2008, relator, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, filed a two-count complaint against her.
