MEMORANDUM DECISION

A. JAY CRISTOL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the Trustee’s objection to the Debtor’s claimed Homestead exemption of certain real estate pursuant to Article 10 Sec. 4 of the Florida Constitution. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4003(c), the objecting party has the burden of proof to show that the Debtor is not entitled to the claimed exemption.
