Englander (“Debtors”) contest the district court’s affirmance of the bankruptcy court’s denial of their claim of homestead exemption and order of a sale of the property and allocation of the proceeds so that the Bankruptcy Estate could realize the value of its interest in the non-exempt portion of the property.
