The complainants, Joiner & Ellis, are auctioneers residing in the city of Atlanta, and having a regular municipal license *679to pursue their calling. The other complainants, T. Gould & Company, are residents of the city of New York. The latter firm shipped from New York to Atlanta, a stock of merchandise, consisting of carpets, woolens, and a general assortment of dry goods, the whole worth about $40,000 00.
