This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the trial court denying the petition of plaintiff and granting judgment in favor of the defendant.

The facts as testified to by appellant, plaintiff below, and her uncle are as follows: Katie Gary De Laney (appellant) was born out of wedlock in Dixon County, Tennessee, in 1895. Deceased, Ambrose Gary, hereafter known as deceased, was her natural father.
