| gThe Defendant, Mark Keller, appeals his conviction of second degree murder, a violation of La. R.S. 14:3o.!. 1 We affirm.
On June 2, 2005, the Defendant was indicted for the first degree murder of Natasha Butler, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30. The Defendant was arraigned and pled not guilty. 2 He subsequently filed two motions to suppress his statement made to the police, seeking to prevent the introduction of any of his confessions or taped statements. Both motions were denied.
