| ¡¿Defendant, Calvin J. Bryant, appeals his conviction for forcible rape. For the following reasons, we affirm his conviction.

Defendant was charged in a bill of information on February 15, 2011 with forcible rape in violation of La. R.S. 14:42.1. He pled not guilty and proceeded to trial on November 14, 2011.
