Carrie Kudrna, plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased daughter, Ruby Kudrna, brought this action against the county of Sarpy, Mabel Storm, and Roy Downen, defendants, to recover damages which she alleges she sustained by reason of the death of her daughter who at the time was 19 years of age.
