Petitioner moves to annul the nomination of Robert W. Cacace for the office of City Judge of the City of Yonkers to prevent the Board of Elections of Westchester County from placing Cacace’s name upon the official ballot on November 5, 1968 (the date of the next general election); and as incidental thereto, to void the action of the Democratic City Committee of the City of Yonkers in designating a committee on vacancies.
