This is a trademark infringement action brought by plaintiffs Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (“SLACC”) and its American affiliate (Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.S.)) (“SLACCUS”) against a New Jersey bank holding company, Sun Bancorp, Inc. (“SBI”), and its affiliate, Sun Financial Services (“SFS”).
