Defendant-Appellant William David Burkhart pled guilty to possession of one or more matters containing a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Mr. Burkhart received a sentence of 84 months, followed by 60 months of supervised release. Mr. Burk-hart appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress the evidence found in a search of his home, having reserved the right to do so in his plea agreement. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm. The search was reasonable…
