I cannot agree with the majority opinion that the filing of a lien statement under the Oklahoma Mechanics’ and Materialmen’s lien statutes constitute only a de minimis interference with the use and enjoyment of real property1 or that it does not approach a taking of a significant property interest requiring the protection of state and federal due process.
