Opinion on Petition to Rehear

Mr. Justice Humphreys.

A petition to rehear has been filed making points for a reversal of our opinion, which we shall consider according to their order and merits.

The first point is that the legislative policy in Tennessee does not provide for or authorize amendments in criminal process.
