The defendant, Atania Castillo, was charged by bill of information, along with two other defendants, as principals to the crimes of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine in excess of 400 grams, violations of La.R.S. 40:967A, La.R.S. 40:967F(l)(c) and La.R.S. 14:24.2 The defendants moved for the evidence against them to be suppressed. Their motions were denied by the trial court after an evidentiary hearing.
