The court, upon the petition of the relator, issued a writ of certiorari to review the proceedings of the public improvement commission of the city of Cohoes in awarding a contract to the Yew York & Bermudez Co. to curb and pave Saratoga street in that city from the south line of Newark street to the Mohawk river.
