Lucille Anne Champion appeals pro se from orders entered in the District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska denying her request for a temporary restraining order, dismissing her bankruptcy appeal, and denying her motion to vacate the dismissal of her bankruptcy appeal. For reversal Champion argues that she is the victim of fraud and attorney malpractice and challenges the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy and district courts.
