Following mandatory arbitration in this subrogation action involving damages sustained in a vehicle collision by plaintiffs subrogor, judgment on liability was entered in favor of plaintiff, Government Employees Insurance Company (hereinafter, GEICO), and against defendant, Bernadette Campbell.
