STAKELY, Justice.

This case involves questions relating to the cancellation of a deed as a cloud on the title to real estate.

J. W. Pope, a resident of DeKalb County, married Caldonia Venable, a widow who had two children by the name of J. O. Venable and Ira L. Venable. These two children later assumed the surname of Pope. Four children were born to J. W. and Caldonia Pope, their names being W. L., Floy, Carrie, who later became Carrie Hill by marriage, and Verdie, who later became Verdie Brewer* by marriage.
