MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motion of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as Receiver for the Cosmopolitan National Bank of Chicago (“Cosmopolitan”) to amend or alter the judgment entered on March 26, 1993, disposing of this case in its entirety for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. This Court essentially dismissed various state law claims in tandem with the National Bank Act claims, on which subject matter jurisdiction was premised.
