This breach of contract action arises out of a Complaint filed by R-Delight Holding LLC (“Plaintiff’ or “R-Delight”) against Mary Anders (“Defendant”) alleging that she breached a contract to purchase real property located in Baltimore City, Maryland. Pending before this Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(7) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the grounds that Plaintiffs failure to join Defendant’s son, Stephen Anders, as a defendant constitutes a failure to join a necessary and indispensable party under…
