McHUGH, Justice:

This case is before this Court upon appeal from final orders of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia (“the trial court”), awarding back pay and future salary supplements and awarding reasonable attorney’s fees. The appellant, respondent below, is the Board of Education of Monongalia County (“the Board”).
