Cammack — Affirm-

The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company issued a $5,000 accident policy to Bichard Osborne, in 1935. Osborne was insured against the results of bodily injuries sustained while the policy was in force and caused directly and independently of all other causes by violent and accidental means.
