BRAWLEY, District Judge.

The trustees of the bankrupt filed their bill of complaint in the District Court for the District of Mary*568land to set aside certain mortgages, alleging that they were made, with intent to hinder, delay, and defraud the creditors of the bankrupt, and that the money borrowed on said mortgages was applied to the payment of an antecedent debt of the insolvent mortgagor, and this appeal is from the decree of that court adjudging said mortgages to be null and void as against the creditors of the bankrupt.
