SOPER, Circuit. Judge.

These companion eases grow out of the bankruptcy proceedings of Boggs-Riee Company, Incorporated, and relate to certain claims filed against the estate of the bankrupt. Case No. 3481 involves a claim of Lincoln Theatres Corporation for $26,000, secured by deed of trust of May 3,1032, upon the trucks and automobiles, furniture and fixtures, and the greater part of the accounts and notes receivable of the bankrupt; case No. 3482 involves (1) a claim of J.
