STATON, Presiding Judge.
Sandra and Wenzell Stocker (Stockers) appeal from a grant of summary judgment in favor of Michael, R.J., and Sharon Catal-di in a suit for damages arising from an automobile accident. There is one issue on appeal:
Whether the trial court's grant of summary judgment was appropriate as a matter of law.
Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
