OPINION

TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

This is a post-conviction application for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Art. 11.-07, V.A.C.C.P.

The record reflects that on September 12, 1975, petitioner was convicted under a five count indictment for five separate theft offenses. Each offense was for taking property valued at more than $200.00, but less than $10,000.00. After the jury found petitioner guilty, the court assessed punishment, enhanced by the prior convictions, at life in each of the five convictions. Those convictions were affirmed by this Court.
