There is presented a motion by defendant Francisco Bendiner, SRL, (Bendiner), a limited liability company of Argentina, to quash a writ of attachment issued on application of plaintiff Prozel & Steigman, Inc., (Prozel), a Pennsylvania corporation, which had *198been levied upon a certain shipment of fresh pears in the Harborside Warehouse, Jersey City, New Jersey. The writ issued out of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Hudson County on May 1, 1958 and was returned as executed by the Sheriff of Hudson County on May 9, 1958.
