Gessler v. Stevens

This appeal comes here from an order of the Orphans’ Court of Anne Arundel County refusing to revoke letters testamentary granted to William W. Stevens on the estate of Henry L. Langrehr, who died on September 13, 1952.

On September 15,1952, Mary A. Gessler, of Baltimore, through Z. Townsend Parks, Jr., her attorney, sent to the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County a notice of her intention to caveat any paper purporting to be the will of Langrehr.
