The second appeal (No. 30 office docket) was taken from an order of the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City passed on the 4th day of October, 1907, rescinding a previous order of that Court passed on March 12th, 1906, by which Adolph F. Decker, executor of Charles Struth, deceased, was authorized and directed to pay to Rhodes and Rhodes, attorneys, the sum of two thousand dollars as a fee for services rendered as set forth in a…
