The Board has petitioned for enforcement of its order which found'that the respondent violated Sections 8(a)(3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by discriminatorily laying off nine employees from its Atlanta, Georgia plant and by discriminatorily discharging an employee, Ike Singletary, from its plant in Jackson, Mississippi.1 The issues before this court are whether there is substantial evidence in the record as a whole to support the Board’s findings, and whether the respondent’s conduct at its Atlanta and Jackson plants was properly…
