POPOVICH, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence of March 18, 1988, 1 after a jury trial regarding a November 28, 1986, automobile accident. The accident occurred on Post Road in a residential development of Northhampton Township, Bucks County and resulted in a fatal head injury to the victim, Dr. Stephen Chartan.
