[¶ 1] Robert E. Smith appeals from a judgment of the York County Probate Court (Bailey, J.) appointing Candy M. Batson and Robert’s wife, Christine Smith, as co-guardians of Justan A. Smith. Robert argues that the court erred by: (1) failing to make sufficient findings of fact; (2) admitting the testimony and reports of a guardian ad litem appointed for Justan in a separate District Court proceeding; and (3) ordering him to deposit a portion of Justan’s monthly Social Security Income (SSI) benefits into a separate bank account.
