OPINION

SANDERS, Judge.

The Plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment of the circuit court dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.

The Plaintiff-Appellant, Harold Carlos Baker, was operating his farm tractor in a northerly direction on Fox Branch Road in Hancock County when he met an automobile traveling in a southerly direction. Fox Branch Road is a narrow, two-lane road.
