delivered the opinion, of the court.

Albert S. Hudson was employed by the Yeomen of America, a fraternal beneficiary society, under a written contract to work from January 1, 1909, to December 31, 1909, for the society under the direction of W. 0. Guyton, district deputy of the society, and to perform such other duties as may be required of him by the National Executive Board of the society, at the salary of one hundred dollars per month.
