MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MARK S. DAVIS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiff Michael D. Vick’s (“Plaintiff’) motion for entry of default judgment, and defendant Mary Roy Wong’s (“Wong”) motion to set aside entry of default. After examining the motions, associated briefs, and the Complaint, the Court finds that oral argument is unnecessary because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented and oral argument would not aid in the decisional process.
