In five issues, appellant David Irvin, executor of the estate of W. Ray Irvin, Jr., (footnote: 2) appeals the trial court’s denial of his additional claims, brought after our partial reversal and remand in Irvin v. Parker , 139 S.W.3d 703 (Tex. App.—Fort Worth 2004, no pet.). We affirm.
