Hart, J.,

(after stating the facts). In the first place it is contended by counsel for appellant that appellee was not a duly qualified elector of Osage Township and not eligible to be elected to the office of constable and to serve as such officer. We can not agree with counsel in this contention. The circuit court was justified in finding from the evidence that the poll-tax of W. A. Pitts was paid by Pierce Gralbreath on the 5th day of July, 1924, and that he was otherwise a qualified elector of such township, and duly elected to the office of constable at the general election held on…
