Appeal from judgment of the Circuit Court of Covington County reversing an order of the Alabama Public Service Commission (APSC). That order of APSC denied approval of the transfer of the rights under the intrastate Certificate of Authority of A-OK Motor Lines, Inc., a bankrupt carrier of freight by motor truck.
