INTRODUCTION
On May 19, 2004, plaintiff Nérida Baja-na (hereinafter “Ms. Bajana”) filed this federal complaint based on employment discrimination and a hostile work environment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 against the United States Postmaster General John E. Potter (hereinafter “Potter”) because of national origin.
