This suit resulted from a collision between a passenger car and a pick-up truck being driven to a service station for servicing by the service station operator. At the time of the collision appellants Jim Reynolds, S. P. Reynolds and C. W. Williams, doing business as Reynolds & Williams Contractors, and Construction Company, were engaged in widening and resurfacing part of Highway 167 near El Dorado.
