A controversy has arisen concerning the proper construction of the judgment and mandate of this court entered in Falk v. Wis. Tax Comm. 201 Wis. 292, 230 N. W. 64. This action is brought by the State to compel the lower court to enter judgment in conformity with its construction of the mandate.
