Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (West, J.), rendered June 9, 1987, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the second degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
