—Appeal by the defendant from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Kuffner, J.), all rendered June 1, 1992, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts) and criminal mischief in the fourth degree under Indictment No. 215/ 90, robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree under Indictment No. 357/90, and robbery in the first degree under Indictment No. 450/90, upon jury verdicts, and imposing sentences.
