PARKER, Circuit Judge.

This is a writ of error to review a judgment rendered in two actions, which were consolidated in the court below. The actions were instituted by the First National Bank of Wagener, S. C., as plaintiff, against the Glens Falls Insurance Company and the National Fire Insurance Company as defendants, to recover on a number of fire insurance policies, aggregating $17,500 and covering three store buildings in the town of Wagener.
