ORDER DENYING MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Richard N. Gowdy, Ph.D. (Dr. Gowdy) to Quash Subpoena. The Court held a hearing on shortened notice on March 30, 1994. The Court heard statements of counsel and legal arguments at that time.
